    Reason: Urgent preventive maintenance to perform software upgrading work on the routers at SingTel premises by SingTel Network Engineer.

    Impact: The circuit will be interrupted up to 5 mins and will be redirected via another redundant path during the maintenance.

    Affected Customers: All CHOON.NET virtual hosting, VPS, dedicated servers and colocate customers in Singapore using CHOON.NET's racks in SingTel EXPAN Comcenter III.
