Dear valued customers,
This is for our valued customers who got their BurstNET™/NOCSTER™ dedicated servers through us. Please be informed that BurstNET™ Engineering will be performing maintenance in their primary Philadelphia (POP) location, at approximately 10PM EST on November 30th, 2004. At this time BurstNET™ Engineering will be adjusting bgp sessions and making routing changes. This is necessary to keep the network stabilized and up to date, and may include reboot(s) of the router. Reboots will cause approximately 5 minutes of latency/packet loss/downtime per reboot, as the router reboots and BGP sessions are re-established.
We thank you for your patience and understanding.
