Hi guys.
Been using Choon's server management service for 3 weeks now, and would like to give a small and simple review on his services.
Response Time : So far, all issues have been solved promptly, especially software-related problems. Even for 3rd party software like fantastico, choon has solved the problems for me. However, of course, being an individual, there are times where he is more busy with other issues and might not be able to cater to requests like help in 3rd party software. For example, on Saturday and Sundays where he is more busy. However, even so, when i did have urgent server problems on a Saturday, choon even made a trip home in intervals between his work to check on my server *thumbs up*. Responsible guy.
Ability : We are glad our server is managed by choon, as it looks so secure i can finally sleep tight at night. We believe choon knows what he is doing, and problems with 3rd party software he has also researched and solved for us.
In terms of security, choon has been proactive in advising us some configurations he thinks should be added. Compared to many server management companies who only act when you ask them too, choon has been very professional and responsible.
At such prices, even though it is not full management, choon has definitely helped us more than he is required to and rather than telling us that this and that isnt supported, he tries to solve any problems we may have.
