Second url on server

Hi, I currently have hosting through you for one of my sites www.ftafiles.com. I am considering moving over a second web site to the same server and wanted to know if you guys would be able to help me in setting up the domain name and ftp access for the new site? The second web site is www.groundcontrol.tv and is currently hosted with www.Webserver.com.my. Basically I want the server setup to recognize www.groundcontrol.tv and direct it to /home/eddie/public_html on my server. Once that is done I think I should be able to handle the rest of the setup. Can you guys help me out with this, and is there a charge for a second domain name on my server?

Also, I would like to get Cpanel installed on my server since it should be a lot easier for me to use then Webmin is. I see that there is a monthly charge which is fine. Can you guys help me out getting these 2 things going, and do you accept PayPal for payment?
